This course will cover intermediate and advanced Perl programming concepts, including:
  • CDS (complex data structures)

  • mod_perl (Apache Perl module)
  • Scope (Variable scoping)
  • OO (object oriented programming)

Consequently, this class is somewhat more geared towards people that will be using Perl to solve real world problems in their workplace.
Prerequisites:
Introduction to Perl class, or an understanding of Perl variables, functions, and syntax. Persons without a basic grasp of Perl will get lost the first week.
